- COFAC Lusofona University



COFAC is the largest non-public University in Portugal. ULHT/COFAC participates in the project via a strong, experienced joint team from the Faculty of Engineering . ULHT/COFAC team is the project coordinator of the project and provides knowledge and skills in operation research in the directions of quality control, industrial design, risk assessment, multiply criteria analysis, and economic assessment. In the project, its main responsibility will be on the Work Package 6 of Project Management, focused on communication and dissemination activities and overall coordination of the consortium.

- Bolu Abant Izzet Baysal University



Nuclear Radiation Detectors Center (NRDC) is an integral component within the Bolu Abant Izzet Baysal University and is the largest national laboratory for development, researches and fabrication of radiation detectors and sensors. It is an interdisciplinary research center and the center consists of several research groups and laboratories with different but overlapping interests in development of radiation dosimeters. The fabrication and test facilities at NRDC are extensive and are also used to provide technology support services to industry and other academic research centers. The Bolu University will be mainly responsible of the Work Package 1 on Innovative detectors design and production in pilot scale.

Czech Technical University of Prague



The Czech Technical University in Prague (CTU) is one of the largest and oldest technical universities in Europe. According to Methodology 2017+, it is the highest-rated in the group of Czech technical universities. The Faculty of Electronic Engineering strongly links informatics with teaching of electronical engineering and electronics, and hold the 6th place in R&D Council´s rating on research institutions in Czechia. The Czech Technical University will be mainly responsible of the implementation of the Work Package 3 on Electronic module´s components manufacture and testing and software development.

The University of West Bohemia is a modern, rapidly developing institution located in Pilsen, the Czech Republic. Along with the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering is the oldest faculty of the university. It educates bachelors and engineers, and offers doctoral programs as well. The Faculty carries out extensive basic and applied research with significant practical applications. The Faculty departments participate in developing electrically powered and hybrid means of transport. In the project, they will be mainly responsible for the implementation of the Work Package 5 on Prototype detector´s module testing and validation.

CASCATACHUVA. LDA



CASCATACHUVA is a start-up based in Portugal that is developing high technology in the field of renewable energy. Mainly, developing a “humidity to electricity” technology that may shape the future trends of renewable energy. The technology is focused on nanotechnology and its device enables direct humidity adsorption to electrical energy conversion when interacting with water molecules from surrounding atmosphere. In the project, they will be mainly responsible by the implementation of the Work Package 4 on Assembling of the detector´s module for innovative PET/MRI Hybrid Scanners

Institute for Nuclear Research



Founded in 1970, the experimental base of the Institute is presented by the unique nuclear physical facilities which allow to carry out wide-range scientific research not only for the collaborators of the Institute but also for the workers of another scientific institutions. The basic directions of the fundamental and applied works of INR include nuclear physics, atomic energy, solid state physics and radiation physics, plasma physics, radioecology and radiobiology. In the project, they will be mainly responsible with the implementation of Work Package 2 in the Evaluation of the working parameters of innovative photodetectors.

- National Nuclear Research Center



The National Nuclear Research Center CJSC, under the Ministry of transport, communication and high technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was established as an executive state body in the field of nuclear sciences and nuclear technologies. They will assist and participate in collaboration with the rest of the partners in all the work packages of the project.

- Institute of Radiation Problems



Institute of Radiation Problems is the only scientific institution in Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan system that conducts fundamental scientific and technical researches in the field of peaceful use of nuclear energy, radiation safety, radioecology, physical and technical problems of power engineering, non-conventional energy conversion processes, radiation effects in solids, radiation material sciences and carries out domestic and international information exchange. They will assist and participate in collaboration with the rest of the partners in all the work packages of the project.
